The Eastern Seaboard of USA on a road and rail map from Bella Terra highlighting numerous points of interest to railway enthusiasts: heritage railway lines, museums, original stations, etc, with on the reverse a state-by-state list of recommended attractions, many illustrated by lovely drawings. Coverage extends to the western borders of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. The map shows the network of primary and secondary highways plus railway lines. Enlargements present five regions in greater detail: New York City area with the Hudson Valley and Connecticut, western New York State around Buffalo and Niagara Falls, two parts of Pennsylvania, and the DC – Baltimore area. The reverse side provides state-by-state lists of all the highlighted sites, each indicating what attractions can be found there (e.g. museum, original depot, trips, dinner trains, trolleys and/or tram rides, etc) and gives contact details.
